The travel advice you love is growing up too

I know I just returned from overseas, but I have been dying to share this news. If you've been following along for a while, you've probably noticed that my travel journey has evolved over the years. What began as sharing family travel adventures on Kids Are A Trip eventually grew to include girlfriend getaways, couples trips, multigenerational vacations, and group travel through Groups Are A Trip.

Now, with our youngest son 19 and off to college, it feels like the right time for another evolution.

Rather than managing two separate websites, we're bringing everything together under one roof. While Kids Are A Trip is a brand many of you have known and trusted for years, the reality is that travel doesn't fit neatly into one category. Families grow, kids become adults, friends plan reunions, couples take long-awaited adventures, and grandparents join the journey. Travel changes with every stage of life, and so have we.

That's why we're embracing a new tagline: Better Together: Every Trip, Every Stage of Life.

What does this mean for you? Simply put, you'll continue to find the same authentic destination guides, honest recommendations, practical planning tips, and firsthand travel experiences you've always relied on. The only difference is that now you'll find inspiration and advice for every kind of trip in one place.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a girlfriends' getaway, a couples' escape, a multigenerational adventure, or even a solo journey, we're here to help you travel confidently and create meaningful memories along the way.

Thank you for being part of this community. We're excited for this next chapter and can't wait to continue exploring the world together.

Our Month in the UK: A Trip Recap

I hate looking at someone else’s vacation photo albums, so I’ll try to make this a newsletter full of useful information. We spent a full month this summer exploring the United Kingdom - London, the Cotswolds, and Scotland - and it gave us just enough time to slow down and really settle into each place instead of rushing through a highlight reel. Here's how it went. The Stafford London: Home Bases Worth Writing Home About We split our London stay across a few different properties, and each...

Families book next December as soon as this one...
