March is easily one of my favorite months of the year. It’s packed with two of the most fun, high-energy events of the year: St. Patrick’s Day and March Madness. And both offer the perfect excuse to plan a getaway with family, friends, or even a multigenerational crew.

🏀 March Madness Travel

If basketball is your family’s love language, March is prime time for a sports-centered trip. The NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament (aka March Madness) transforms host cities into electric hubs of energy. Even if your team isn’t playing, the atmosphere is unbeatable. A few years ago we spent the first couple of rounds in Greenville, South Carolina, and it was a blast!
